First, net worth, what’s that? In simple terms – it is an adult way of describing how rich a person is. For instance, Aliko Dangote’s net worth is $9 billion and that of Bill Gates is $104 billion.

So if I were to ask you, what’s your net worth, what would your answer be? If you try to mention an amount based on your parent’s money, you’re wrong. Perhaps a good place to start is with your personal savings. It’s a lot more complicated than that, but at kiddies level, let’s start there.
Next, self-worth, heard it before? Well, let’s just say self-worth means feeling good about oneself.

Now back to the quote. Can you piece them together now?
A healthy self-worth creates a wealthy net worth.
In other words, if you feel good about yourself all the time, your bank account will look good all the time.
It is sad, but I have discovered that the most talented people often don’t feel good about themselves. Isn’t it ironic – special people don’t feel special at all.
Truth is, people are not likely to treat you well if you don’t feel well about yourself. And you are not likely to dream big or try to achieve big things if you don’t see yourself as someone who can make big things happen.
See yourself as a star. God did not roll you out with a batch of other babies. You are not a factory product. You are God’s masterpiece. He took his time to carefully form you in your mother’s womb. You were worth His hard work. Why should you then think poorly of yourself?
If you want to do big things and achieve your big dreams, then you must feel big about yourself.
Stay on top!
