Psalm 89
1. God Searched, Found and Chose You & Me
God once scored the earth in search of someone to carry out His purpose for Israel and by extension the world… transcending generation after generation. The best He could find was David – a man who’s not without sin. And we all know what God did through him.
God has done it again. Searched the earth and chosen me and you for His great assignment in relation with Christ. In spite my flaws and imperfections, I will succeed in this work. May He say well done to you and me.
2. God loves us too much
What a wall of defense God is for those He loves! He loves us too much to let us loose. He’ll keep us, rein us in for our own good. We cannot do anything to be apart from God’s love. God, receive us as we are!

3. There’s Always a Remnant
A nation might be corrupted but some people will still hold on to the faith and not shake. Which is why I must be careful to make generalised statements or think too importantly of myself.
